It addresses the fact that physicians are, and should be, placed in roles with organizational responsibility, but have limited formal opportunities to learn the concepts, skills, and tools of leadership.

Designed for physicians who desire a deeper exploration of issues, knowledge, skills and tools important for leading under pressure in this rapidly changing healthcare context. The course is offered on-demand to be maximally accessible to busy physicians. Recorded in Spring of 2020 with four guest speakers that are known great leaders in medicine.
