Implementing a Patient Satisfaction Survey in Your Practice
February 28th, 2013

Online Webinar

Synopsis
It is increasingly important for physicians to keep abreast of how patients feel about you and your practice.  Physicians who have a good rapport with their patients are less likely to be sued when treatment problems develop.  Furthermore, patients are increasingly encouraged to file complaints with government agencies that can result in burdensome audits and investigations.  You can stay ahead of the curve and find solutions to issues before they become problems by conducting your own patient satisfaction surveys.  During this webinar, you will learn how to collect information on your patients' experience in an efficient, cost effective manner, and some useful tools that can help you.  Topics covered include:

• Why measuring patients' experience is important
• What others are looking for, and why you should find it first
• Nuts and bolts of conducting a patient satisfaction survey
• Convenient tools to help collect useful patient satisfaction data
