This presentation provides best practice strategies and
valuable resources to consider when contemplating a new contract, contract
renegotiation or developing a strategy for future payor negotiations.
Tips are offered to optimize your managed care contracting outcomes, through
presenting your “business case” to help avoid the quick “not interested” payor
response. The focus is not solely legal ease but from a whole practice
perspective. Presented by one of CMA’s experienced managed care experts,
the presentation will cover areas for front office to back office coordination
of ongoing contract management.
